Thank you for shopping with Wild Child! I want to ensure that your experience is as smooth as possible. Please read my shipping policy carefully.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 14 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays. If you have an order that needs to be delivered by a specific date, please let me know and I am happy to accommodate your request.
Shipping Methods
I offer USPS Priority Shipping with $100 insurance on your package for lost or damaged packages.. (unfortunately it happens, if I could hand deliver each hat, I would.)
Shipping Rates
I have a flat shipping rate of $7.00 for Priority Mail with $100 Insurance.
International Shipping
I currently DO NOT offer international shipping to select countries.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.
Issues with Shipping
If you experience any issues with your shipment please do as follows..
Delays: please contact me at Wild Child
Lost packages: please contact me at Wild Child
Damaged items: please contact USPS claims department and use your tracking and receipt to file a claim for reimbursement for your damaged product. I will provide you with a receipt if needed. Take plenty of pictures to submit!!!
IF YOUR HAT WAS CRUSHED by USPS: Im so sorry, unfortunately it happens. Use a steamer or boil of pot of water and hold your hat over the steam and rub out any creases or dents that may have happened during transport. Do this as well as file a claim!!!

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
